Return Policy
The products once sold will not be taken back or exchanged or adjusted with any other service or product. Returns for damaged training DVDs can be requested by sending an email to info@ectra.in. Such returns must be requested within five (5) standard business days of receiving thetraining DVDs.. The purchaser must call us and obtain our approval before shipping the training DVDs. Further directions will be provided at the time of approval. Returns for dissatisfaction with the purchased product are definitely not possible. You are requested to see our website www.ectra.in to know details of our training DVDs to ensure your satisfaction before purchasing the products.
